About the opportunity
Your challenge on the team
You will be part of the team responsible for developing and maintaining integrations with internal and external products, dealing with a high volume of events processed by RD Station's APIs. Working in a multidisciplinary team of 4 to 6 engineers, along with a Product Manager, Product Designer, and Team Leader, you will contribute to the continuous delivery of robust and scalable solutions, using the Kanban methodology to ensure agility and quality.
Your main deliverables
- Develop and maintain efficient and scalable backend integrations for internal and external products;
- Ensure the high availability and performance of the APIs that process a large volume of events;
- Collaborate in the evolution of the system architecture, applying best practices and development patterns;
- Implement automated tests to ensure the quality and stability of the solutions;
- Work together with the multidisciplinary team to deliver continuous value to the business.
Minimum requirements
Profile we are looking for
- Solid experience in backend development, preferably with languages and frameworks used at RD Station;
- Knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID principles, OOP, and Design Patterns;
- Experience with building and consuming REST APIs and high-scale event processing;
- Ability to work with agile methodologies, especially Kanban;
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Will be considered a differential
- Experience with high-volume systems and real-time event processing;
- Knowledge of messaging and event queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ);
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools;
- Previous experience in integration or middleware teams;
- Participation in open source projects or relevant technical contributions.
