WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Work with the SAP SD module in implementation, improvement, and support (AMS) projects;
- Interact with business analysts and user areas to understand demands, incidents, and service requests;
- Act as a focal point in managing requests, planning and coordinating deliveries with the technical team;
- Ensure continuous communication with stakeholders, maintaining alignment on the status and evolution of demands;
- Support in resolving incidents and requests, ensuring quality and adherence to processes;
- Apply knowledge of Brazil localization (taxes and fiscal rules) in sales and distribution processes;
- Propose process improvements and act in risk mitigation, seeking operational efficiency.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN THE PERSON WHO WILL BE PART OF THE TEAM
- Experience with SAP SD;
- Advanced English (conversational);
- Knowledge of Brazilian localization (taxes and fees);
- Experience in SAP implementation projects or AMS;
- Experience interacting with business areas and gathering requirements;
- Analytical, collaborative profile with good communication.
WORK FORMAT
Flexible/hybrid or home office, with or without the possibility of working on-site with the client, depending on project demand.
