- Implementation and consulting for ServiceNow projects for national and international clients from various industries, with a focus on areas such as ITSM, Custom Applications, HR, or Gen AI
- Support in actively capturing and analyzing customer requirements and implementing them into the ServiceNow landscape
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to jointly develop and implement new digital solution approaches
- Co-shaping the expansion of our ServiceNow team and taking on (partial) project responsibility
Minimum requirements
Your Skillset
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience working with ServiceNow or a strong willingness to immerse yourself in this exciting topic and to be trained through our internal EY Academy
- Experience in a ServiceNow module (e.g., IT Service Management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, or Integrated Risk Management) or motivation to specialize in one or more
- IT affinity, willingness to travel, and fluent German and English skills (at least C1 level)
