We are currently looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (ReactJS / NextJS) to join a new international Tech Hub in Lisbon, with a focus on the development, maintenance, and optimization of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

Required Competencies
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with modern frontend technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining web applications using ReactJS / NextJS.
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript and JavaScript, including responsive web design.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable frontend architectures.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and their integration with frontend applications.
- Experience with NodeJS and package managers.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows and GitHub Actions.
- Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation using tools such as Confluence.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging and web application optimization skills.
- English proficiency: minimum B2 level.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
Preferred Competencies
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with Headless CMS (Content Management Systems).
- Experience optimizing web performance, particularly Core Web Vitals.
Conditions
Work arrangement: Hybrid – Lisbon
2 days per week in the office, on non-consecutive days.
3 days per week working remotely.
Working Hours
Winter period (October to May) – 43 hours per week:
Monday to Thursday: 09h00–19h00.
Friday: 09h00–17h00.
Summer period (June to September) – 39 hours per week:
Monday to Thursday: 09h00–18h00.
Friday: 09h00–17h00.
Additional compensation days
In addition to standard vacation days, there are 12 additional compensation days, distributed throughout specific periods of the year:
- 5 days between Christmas and New Year's.
- 5 days during Easter.
- 2 days during Carnival.
Gross Monthly Salary: 2.100€–2.400€
Note: Includes all components: fixed remuneration, variable remuneration, meal allowance, remote work allowance, and benefits.
