What your day-to-day will look like?
As a Senior Mainframe Developer, you will work in the Receivables area, and your main activities will be:
- Work in a mission-critical environment, participating in the evolution and modernization of Mainframe applications that support the bank's strategic processes.
- Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, impact analysis, troubleshooting of complex incidents, and digital transformation initiatives involving legacy systems and new architectures.
- Be responsible for developing, maintaining, and evolving Backend solutions on Mainframe, acting from requirements analysis to implementation and support of solutions in production.
- Work together with multidisciplinary teams of development, architecture, products, and platforms, contributing to technological modernization initiatives, integration between Mainframe and distributed platforms (Java/Azure), performance improvement, observability, software quality, and technical debt reduction.

Requirements
- Experience in Backend Mainframe Development.
- Experience in COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, TSO/ISPF, and VSAM.
- Experience in Change Control and Versioning.
- Mainframe application performance analysis.
- Integration between legacy systems and distributed platforms.
It will be a differential if you have
- Experience in Java, APIs REST.
- Experience in Kafka, IBM MQ.
- Certifications: IBM, DB2, Azure, DevOps, and Agile.
