Who are we looking for? Product Owner (5-8 years of exp.)
Main tasks to develop
- Analyze business and functional requirements. Prepare functional documentation and requirement specifications. Prepare support manuals (e.g., User Manual, Process Manual, etc.).
- Create, maintain, and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and the development team. Ensure that everyone involved is aligned regarding the product's goals and features.
- Develop, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, user feedback, and technical feasibility. Write user stories and detail clear and objective acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of the requirements and product vision. Actively participate in agile ceremonies to support the workflow. Proven experience as a Product Owner or in product management roles, preferably in agile environments. Strong communication and organizational skills to articulate product vision and priorities. Experience with product management and backlog tools (e.g., Jira). Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
