YOUR MISSION WITH US
As a Senior QA Engineer, you are not just responsible for finding bugs, but are the strategic mind behind our software quality. You will drive our automation initiatives forward and ensure that our processes are efficient, modern, and future-proof.
- Vision & Automation: You are the driving force on our path toward test automation and CI/CD and actively support the team during this transformation.
- Strategy & Conception: You will create, take responsibility for, and optimize the holistic test strategy as well as the test concept for our software solutions.
- Agile Collaboration: In close coordination with Product Owners and developers, you will analyze complex requirements and accurately derive the appropriate test cases from them.
- Test Execution & Documentation: You will define precise test cases, execute test runs, and ensure seamless, traceable documentation.
- Process Control & Optimization: You will monitor and manage test processes, guarantee the highest software quality, and continuously contribute your expertise to improve our test methods and tools (Tech stack: Java, JavaScript, GitLab).

SALARY INFORMATION
The intended starting salary for this position is between 65.000 € and 80.000 € gross annually. The specific classification is based on relevant professional experience, qualifications, and competencies. In the case of proven above-average expertise or special professional qualifications, compensation above this salary range is also possible.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of sound professional experience in software testing as well as confident handling of agile software development methods
- In-depth knowledge and routine in using test management tools (e.g., Jira XRay)
- Proven practical experience in test automation (especially with Selenium, TestCafe, and JUnit)
- Solid basic knowledge of Java as well as familiarity with common development environments (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Eclipse)
