As a Senior QA Engineer, you are not only responsible for finding bugs, but you are the strategic mind behind our software quality. You will drive our automation initiatives and ensure that our processes are efficient, modern, and future-proof.

YOUR PROFILE
- Vision & Automation: You are the driving force on our path towards test automation and CI/CD and actively support the team in this transformation.
- Strategy & Conception: You create, own, and optimize the holistic test strategy and test concept for our software solutions.
- Agile Collaboration: In close coordination with Product Owners and developers, you analyze complex requirements and derive the appropriate test cases with confidence.
- Test Execution & Documentation: You define precise test cases, execute test runs, and ensure complete, traceable documentation.
- Process Control & Optimization: You monitor and control test processes, guarantee the highest software quality, and continuously contribute your expertise to improve our test methods and tools (Tech Stack: Java, JavaScript, GitLab).
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable technical qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in software testing, as well as confident handling of agile software development methods
- In-depth knowledge and routine in using test management tools (e.g., Jira XRay)
- Proven practical experience in test automation (especially with Selenium, TestCafe, and JUnit)
- Solid basic knowledge of Java and familiarity with common development environments (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Eclipse)
