SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER | REAL-TIME SYSTEMS | SÃO PAULO
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to work on an international financial market project, developing and maintaining real-time trading solutions for the foreign exchange (FX) market.
Location: São Paulo
Work model: Hybrid
It is mandatory to be located in São Paulo and be available to come to the office a few days a week, according to project needs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES *
- Develop and maintain high-performance, high-availability Java systems; *
- Work with real-time systems, distributed architecture, multithreading, and concurrency; *
- Take end-to-end technical responsibility for business-critical systems; *
- Contribute to technical decisions and problem-solving in trading environments; *
- Collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams; *
- Contribute to Node.js components and integrations with financial market protocols.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS *
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java development, including real-time and distributed systems; *
- Solid knowledge of multithreading and concurrency; *
- 8+ years of experience in banking technology, preferably in Front Office or Global Markets; *
- Experience with technical responsibility for critical systems and driving technical decisions; *
- Experience with GitHub and Java code coverage tools; *
- English B2 or higher, for written and spoken communication. *
- Spanish B2 or higher, for written and spoken communication.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS *
- Experience with FIX protocol and FIX integrations; *
- Knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) products; *
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, especially in financial or trading systems *
- Experience with agile methodologies *
- Experience in international and distributed teams.
