About the opportunity

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Administration (recognized in Quebec/Canada; foreign degree: MIFI comparative evaluation required). Otherwise, 6 additional years of relevant experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Participation in the implementation of agility within a Canadian public administration (federal, provincial, or municipal), as part of a mandate lasting more than one year
- Recognized Scrum Master certification
- Proficiency in written and spoken French
- Knowledge of agile practices and tools (daily stand-up, user stories, pointing, review, retrospective, Azure DevOps)
- Good command of the Office suite
- Adaptability, team spirit, popularization skills, and communication
- Reside in Quebec
