What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to work on Bradesco projects, supporting the development, maintenance, and evolution of applications on the ServiceNow platform, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform, using good development practices.
- Support the configuration and customization of modules such as App Engine, Customer Service Management (CSM), and ITSM.
- Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Record Producers.
- Participate in the technical analysis of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Support integrations of the ServiceNow platform with internal and external systems through APIs REST and SOAP.
- Keep activities updated in Jira.
- Seek continuous technical training on the ServiceNow platform and related technologies.
- Identify technical risks.
- Perform effort estimations for demands and tasks.
Mandatory Requirements
- Knowledge in JavaScript development.
- Hands-on experience in development on the ServiceNow platform's App Engine, ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, and Service Portal modules.
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
- Knowledge in integrations using APIs REST, SOAP, and microservices.
- Knowledge in databases and data modeling.
- Familiarity with web development concepts.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Capacity for continuous learning and interest in developing corporate solutions.
Preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
