- Graduation in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field;
- Advanced/Fluent English - C2 (there will be contact with international clients);
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with mastery of the platform and its development practices.
- Previous experience in technology companies, consultancies, or large corporate projects.
Main requirements
- Development and customization on the ServiceNow platform.
- Languages: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Integrations via REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Knowledge of workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS / DIFFERENTIATORS
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, such as ITIL.
- Experience in international projects.
Main responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement applications and improvements on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST, SOAP, APIs).
- Perform unit tests and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents related to ServiceNow.
- Stay updated on new features and best practices of the platform.
