YOUR ROLE
- Technical Overall Responsibility: You take end-to-end responsibility for solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – from architecture through design to technical implementation.

- Upgrades & Migrations: You manage upgrades and migrations (e.g., from NAV to Business Central or from On-Premises to Cloud/SaaS), including the creation and implementation of technical migration concepts.
- Mentoring & Further Development: You coach developers in the team, actively participate in best practices, development guidelines, and tooling, thus driving the technical further development of our Business Central portfolio. You actively support the team in its professional and technical development.
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience with Business Central / NAV: You have at least two years of experience in the development and design of solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV – ideally in several end-to-end projects. You are proficient in AL, work routinely with Visual Studio Code and the BC development stack, and are very familiar with the BC architecture both On-Premises and in the SaaS world.
- Strong Technical Foundation: You have solid experience in integration scenarios with C#/ .NET, REST and SOAP web services, as well as with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
- DevOps in Everyday Life: Azure DevOps is more than a buzzword for you: You use Repos, Pipelines, and Boards in practice and establish modern development processes such as CI/CD, sensible branching strategies, and automated testing.
- Customer Focus & Communication: You enjoy consulting at eye level, can explain complex technical content understandably, and work confidently with business departments – including in presales situations and workshops.
- AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your field, critically evaluate the results, and support customers and adessi in leveraging the potential of AI.
- Work Style & Languages: You work independently, are solution-oriented, and actively contribute to the team. You enjoy sharing knowledge with others. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
