Responsibilities
- You analyze, design, and implement software solutions together with your team in an agile environment
- You are part of a Scrum team and, together with the team, you are responsible for the conception, implementation, and operation of our solutions and products
- You don't just write code, but also support your colleagues with code reviews, configure CI and delivery pipelines, and take care of deploying applications to the cloud
- You work together with the team on changing projects for our own company and for our external clients
Your Profile
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a software company (ideally in the media industry)
- You have a completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, or university) or a comparable qualification in software development
- You have experience in testing, maintaining, and launching software products
- You have experience in Ionic, React, or Angular
- You have a deep understanding of at least one compiled, statically typed programming language (e.g., Rust, Go, Kotlin, PHP)
- You have a deep understanding of web application development
- You bring strong communication skills and the motivation to drive new features independently
- You have the ability to translate requirements into new software components and sound software architectures
- You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- You are proficient in using standard MS Office applications
- Ideally, you have experience in creating reliable applications with SQL and NoSQL databases (preferably PostgreSQL and MongoDB)
- Ideally, you have experience with Google Cloud
- Ideally, you have experience in developing containerized applications and implementing CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab CI)
- You enjoy developing modern web applications in the front-end and Backend
- You enjoy working on media management and workflow systems
- You are passionate about implementing automated testing
- You are enthusiastic about building CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
- You enjoy developing Android and iOS apps
- You contribute your own ideas and share your knowledge with your colleagues
