About the role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Back-end) to join the Technology team.
The role involves architecting and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance systems, as well as supporting the infrastructure that powers Lais (our AI) and our core products.
Your goal will be to ensure that Lastro's technology serves as a sustainable foundation for the company's accelerated growth, delivering high-impact solutions for the real estate market.
Your main deliverables
- Develop, evolve, and maintain the back-end in Go, prioritizing the construction of high-performance and scalable systems;
- Design and document robust and resilient APIs that facilitate continuous integration between multiple services and products;
- Ensure technical excellence through automated testing, rigorous code reviews, and dissemination of good engineering practices;
- Lead architecture discussions, proposing structural solutions that support the platform's accelerated growth and mitigate technical debt;
- Explore and implement emerging technologies, including integration with LLMs, vector databases, and agentic architectures to generate business value;
- Continuously optimize infrastructure and code to ensure low latency and high availability.
Minimum requirements
Profile we are looking for
- Solid and proven experience in back-end development, with proficiency in Go.
- Deep knowledge in building RESTful APIs and relational database modeling;
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines and a culture of test automation for frequent and secure deliveries;
- Ability to support the team in solving complex problems, sharing technical knowledge and mentoring peers;
- Autonomy to manage end-to-end deliveries and critical vision to suggest improvements in a dynamic environment;
Differentiators
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging;
- Interest or experience in AI, vector databases, or agentic architectures;
- Knowledge of the real estate market or CRM systems.
