We are looking for a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to join our engineering team.
Here, we develop modern and scalable applications, built to integrate into a microservices-based architecture. In frontend, we mainly use React, creating performant, accessible interfaces focused on the best experience for our users. Our applications communicate with distributed services and run on a robust cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP).
If you already have experience with React, excellent! But if your foundation is solid in other modern frameworks, such as Vue and similar, we also want to talk to you. The most important thing for us is that you have a strong command of software engineering, experience in building scalable frontend applications, knowledge of web application architecture, and a willingness to learn and evolve continuously.

In your day-to-day, you will
- Develop and evolve our digital products, transforming complex designs and flows into fluid, performant, and high-quality web interfaces;
- Collaborate side-by-side with Product and Design (UX/UI) to ensure that the experience for millions of students, families, and educators is incredible, intuitive, and accessible;
- Ensure code quality through constructive code reviews, promoting best practices and the technical growth of the team;
- Foster a culture of testing and componentization, creating reusable interfaces that accelerate development with visual consistency;
- Actively participate in technical documentation and the evolution of our internal frontend engineering processes;
- Build with speed and consistency, fostering a culture of testing and componentization to create reusable interfaces that accelerate development for the entire team;
- Actively participate in the evolution of the frontend architecture, documenting technical decisions and continuously improving our internal processes.
Minimum requirements
What we expect from you
- Solid command of: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and TypeScript;
- Advanced practical experience with React/Vue and their APIs;
- Experience leading the frontend architecture of complex applications: state management, modularization, and design system.
- Mastery of web performance: loading and runtime metrics, and rendering optimization.
- Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.
- Proactivity to seek technological updates and use Artificial Intelligence tools in your daily work as a lever to facilitate and enhance your output.
- A genuine concern for Web Accessibility;
- A collaborative spirit, good communication, and a love for learning.
It will be a plus if you have
- Experience with React applications
- Experience working on monorepo projects or micro-frontends architecture in production
