YOUR ROLE
- Design and implement applications: You design and implement Java applications from requirement to Go live and are responsible for the technical implementation within the project team.

- Engineering background: You have several years of experience in the development of web-based applications, ideally in the Spring stack, with Clean Code, testing, and CI/CD. Frontend experience with React, Angular, or comparable frameworks is a plus.
- Architecture & DevOps: You are familiar with Domain-driven Design, APIs, and modern deployment environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud.
- Lean & Pragmatic: You choose the appropriate level of automation for the respective task and critically evaluate AI results.
- AI Competence: You regularly work with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or GitHub Copilot and know their strengths and limitations from practical experience.
- Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
