We are looking for you as a Senior Quality Manager Software Testing & Quality Assurance (m/f/d) full-time or part-time, starting as soon as possible. Our company language and communication with our university clients are conducted entirely in German. Therefore, we require German language skills at least at the C1 level for this position.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in test management of complex web-based software solutions, ideally in the enterprise software environment.
- Experience in leading and developing teams, and enjoyment in sharing knowledge and establishing new methods.
- Sound knowledge of software testing methods and practical experience with AI tools in software development and testing (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor).
- Experience in test automation with frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Knowledge of PHP and understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Basic programming skills in HTML and JavaScript, ideally also in TypeScript.
- Structured, analytical way of working, high quality standards, and the motivation to sustainably improve existing processes.
- German language skills at least at the C1 level (mandatory) and good English skills required – both spoken and written.
- Residency in Germany, as regular on-site collaboration and legal employment conditions require this.

- Quality Assurance & Test Strategy: Together with your team, you will be responsible for testing our campus management software academyFIVE based on defined quality criteria. You will continuously develop our test strategy and sustainably anchor quality and AI-supported testing methods in the development process.
- Team Leadership: You will lead and develop your team, train them in new testing methods, and drive the use of AI and the further development of test automation together – while actively participating in testing yourself.
- Test Conception & Planning: You will develop test concepts for new functions and customer-specific configurations in close collaboration with project management and customers. You will create test cases, test scenarios, test plans, and test data with AI support and ensure their technical quality.
- Test Automation: You will drive test automation forward using AI coding assistants and agents and continuously develop our automated tests and the entire test landscape.
- Analysis & Optimization: You will analyze test results and error causes, specifically using AI tools, and support the teams in sustainable error correction.
- Reporting: You will ensure transparent documentation and evaluation of our test results using appropriate key figures and dashboards.
