We are looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to support the technical and product dimension of adjoe's most critical business relationships. Acting as the "Technical Lead" for our partners, you will merge complex partner roadmaps with our modern stack – powered by native Golang and SDKs – to drive technical excellence for over 100 million daily users.
Your role will be to bridge our technology team in Germany and the partner’s vision. You will collaborate with senior product and engineering counterparts, acting as a go-to point for all technical discourse. This is a role of deep technical empowerment: you have direct access to our entire cloud infrastructure – from real-time monitoring and logging to our extensive data lakes – to maintain a comprehensive and complete view of the system’s state. From investigating complex architectural issues to supporting the rollout of high-impact new features, you ensure our technologies evolve in perfect sync.
Working as a key contributor across internal Product and Technology departments, you will act as the technical guardian and advocate for our largest enterprise accounts.
What You Will Do
- Technical Strategy & Execution: Serve as the primary consultant to enterprise partners, architecting the technical path to success. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the co-creation of new products in partnership with our Germany-based technology team, validating and optimizing technical solutions directly with our key partners to ensure they are battle-tested before hitting full-scale production.
- Orchestrate Joint Technical Roadmap: Support the technical lifecycle of the partnership, leading complex feature rollouts and managing integration timelines.
- Root Cause Architecture & Proactive Mitigation: Put on your "detective hat" to lead high-stakes troubleshooting, going beyond the surface of mobile app code to perform deep-dive root cause analyses, identifying and proactively resolving integration blockers before they impact partner revenue.
- Data-Driven Consulting: Leverage SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets, translating raw data into technical narratives that help partners achieve their KPIs.
- Voice of the Customer: Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal Product teams to unlock global scalability.
- Enterprise Account Ownership: Serve as the dedicated technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, owning relationships with senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership. You will support executive-level technical discussions, manage escalations, and proactively foster account health.
Who You Are
- Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role within AdTech, Big Tech, or SaaS (Tech Account Manager or TAM, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture), with some exposure to the mobile ecosystem.
- Required: Professional fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Proven Enterprise Account Experience: You have directly managed major enterprise accounts, navigating complex stakeholder environments and serving as a trusted technical advisor to senior client contacts.
- The Technical Architect: Expert at translating high-level requirements into specifications. You are equally comfortable discussing SDK bootstrapping and REST endpoint latency with a Senior Product Owner as you are debugging HTML/JavaScript.
- Analytical Engine: Proficient in SQL and data visualization. You have extensive experience leveraging analytics dashboards like Grafana, Tableau, QuickSight, or Kibana to find the "why" behind the numbers and drive strategic technical decisions.
- Mobile & App Native: (Strong Plus) Familiarity with Java or experience building/supporting mobile apps with a "sixth sense" for debugging SDK integration issues.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: A natural collaborator who can navigate internal Engineering and Product teams to find solutions in high-pressure environments.
- Desirable: Experience with Software Development.
