Solution Consultant (m/f/d) – Enterprise Content Services / Digital Experience
Drive the digital transformation of leading companies. Are you passionate about translating complex customer requirements into innovative solutions? Do you want to work with state-of-the-art technologies while communicating with business decision-makers and IT experts on equal footing? Your Responsibilities
- You develop customized solution approaches for the technical and business requirements of our customers together with sales.
- You act as a strategic advisor and technical trusted advisor throughout the entire presales process.
- You moderate workshops and discovery sessions with business departments, IT departments, and decision-makers.
- You convincingly present our solutions to both management teams and technical experts.
- You design and create individual product demonstrations, solution architectures, and feasibility analyses.
- You plan and manage Proof of Concepts (PoCs), coordinating collaboration with internal departments.
- You support tender processes (RFPs/RFIs) and actively contribute to the success of strategic sales projects.
- You provide market and customer feedback and support the continuous development of our solutions and processes.
Your Profile
Technical Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or solution engineering.
- Experience in consulting and presenting enterprise software solutions.
- Good knowledge in the area of either
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Content Services, Business Process Management (BPM), or related technologies.
- or
- Digital Experience solutions, Customer Communication Management, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Management
- Understanding of modern cloud architectures and integration scenarios.

- SAP and Salesforce environments
- APIs and integrations of enterprise applications
