Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on expertise in Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals, connectors).
- Experience with SharePoint permissions, security, and governance.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, connectors, and integration patterns
- Experience with Power Apps (Canvas apps preferred).
- Knowledge of SPFx, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript (nice to have).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Customize SharePoint using SPFx, JSON formatting, and modern web parts.
- Build and manage SharePoint content types, metadata, and information architecture.
- Design and implement workflows using Power Automate for business process automation.
- Automate approvals, notifications, document management, and data synchronization.
- Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and third‑party systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize flow performance, error handling, and security.
- Document workflows and provide user training and support.
- Integrate SharePoint with Power Apps for custom forms and applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
