YOUR ROLE
- Technically lead AI-powered teams: You will technically lead project teams and demonstrate how GenAI can be used throughout the entire development cycle.
- Establish AI-assisted delivery: You will establish working methods where Claude code, review agents, and test and documentation assistants become part of the daily routine.

YOUR PROFILE
- Engineering background: Substantial experience in software development with responsibility as Lead Dev, Tech Lead, or Principal Engineer, plus a completed degree in an IT-related field.
- Tech Stack: Very good knowledge in at least one enterprise stack, ideally Java, plus Clean Code, Testing, and CI/CD.
- Architecture & DevOps: Experience with microservices, APIs, and modern deployment environments such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud.
- Lean & Pragmatic: You are familiar with the latest developments in agentic software development and choose the appropriate degree of automation in the project.
- Mentoring Mindset: You enjoy developing others, giving feedback, and developing standards together with the team.
- AI Competence: You have in-depth expertise with AI-assisted development, for example with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or PR agents with project context, and know their strengths and limitations from practical experience.
- Language skills: Very good German and good English skills
