YOUR ROLE AT BEELINE
You will be part of the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) team and manage internal (A2A) as well as external (B2B) data exchange at beeline. Your main focus is on the planning, implementation, testing, documentation, support, and maintenance of integration scenarios with national and international business partners and specialist departments. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining IT solutions developed by beeline for smooth business operations.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE WITH US
- Organization, execution, and planning of requirements workshops or technical detail coordination for the specification of implementing new functionalities and/or processes for new or existing business partners.
- Evaluation of functional concepts and/or technical specifications and creation of the technical, business, and architectural solution design.
- Based on your technical, business, and architectural solution design, you will manage the internal development of interfaces to and from business partners.
- Monitoring of go-lives with business partners and support of the solution after commissioning for error analysis and troubleshooting / end-user support, further development, and monitoring.
- Support and assistance for IT processes (sometimes cross-departmental).
- Within projects with an EDI focus, you will take over documentation and the creation of technical documents, requirement descriptions for programming, coordination, and test support, as well as support for production deployment, possibly including sub-project management.
- Close cooperation with specialist departments, especially with national and international sales, as well as with connected or newly connected business partners.
- Training of key users on new or changed functionalities and communication thereof.
- Project and capacity management, including driving and reporting on time, progress, and completion status on a daily or weekly basis.
WHAT CONVINCES US
- Completed university degree in computer science, business administration, or a completed vocational training (specializing in computer science / application development).
- SAP knowledge, including in the area of master data and business partners.
- Basic knowledge in handling requirements management (Requirement Engineering; Business Blueprints).
- Knowledge in the ESB environment/converter solutions, preferably INUBIT.
- Very good German and English skills; additional language skills (e.g., French & Spanish) are an advantage.
- Enjoyment in developing customized solutions, in technology, and in working as part of a team.
- Ideally, initial experience in software development as well as knowledge in the EDI environment.
