About Us
Do you want to take on technical responsibility and actively shape sustainable software solutions?
As a Software Developer (m/f/d) at Prologa, you will drive the development and optimization of sophisticated software projects. In doing so, you will make a direct contribution to resource conservation in the Circular Economy. In the Utilities sector, you will develop solutions that increase efficiency and support the use of renewable energies.
You will develop software that is technologically convincing and has a sustainable impact.
You have the opportunity to work 100% remotely within Germany, with occasional travel readiness for team events. Alternatively, our offices in Halle/Leipzig, Oldenburg, and Walldorf are always open for personal exchange and on-site collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
Imagine being a technical pioneer for software solutions that actively contribute to sustainability and resource efficiency.
As a Software Developer (m/f/d) with us, you will take responsibility for the development and implementation of complex requirements that support our customers from the Circular Economy and energy supply sector in their mission for greater sustainability. You will decide for yourself whether to work on the core product in the product team or to individually adapt our software in customer projects.
Your role will focus on the technical implementation of complex projects, where you will apply your in-depth knowledge of the technologies and programming languages used. You will ensure that the code not only works but is also optimally tailored to our customers' requirements. Furthermore, you will optimize existing processes to ensure that our solutions are efficient and sustainable.
Your Profile
With your well-founded experience in SAP development and your analytical and problem-solving approach, you will develop sustainable solutions for complex technical challenges. You will be able to communicate technical concepts clearly and communicate confidently with internal teams and customers to ensure successful implementation.
You have several years of experience in object-oriented software development, ideally with a focus on SAP ABAP. You already possess knowledge of modern SAP technologies such as ABAP Cloud and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and use them specifically in development projects.
In addition, you have experience with agile development methods and work confidently with the corresponding tools and processes. You actively shape development workflows, contribute your expertise to the team, and support the implementation of efficient and high-quality solutions.
Very good German language skills and at least English language skills at a B2 level will round off your profile and make you the ideal reinforcement for our team.

About us
There is no reason to waste it.
At PROLOGA, we develop software solutions that help companies use resources wisely, avoid waste, and reliably manage complex processes. For over 20 years, we have been working on SAP-integrated solutions for the utilities sector, waste and recycling management, smart cities, and the circular economy.
As a co-development and product partner of SAP, we combine technological substance with deep industry understanding. Our solutions are designed to create transparency, reliably map regulatory requirements, and make operational processes more efficient and predictable along complete value and life cycles.
Our work follows a clear principle: not to waste materials, time, energy, or potential. We think about processes holistically, identify hidden value, and help organizations work more sustainably and, at the same time, more economically successfully.
