- Programming Skills: You are proficient in Java, .NET, or Python, as well as frameworks like Spring Boot or .NET Core.
- Web & Databases: You have web development knowledge (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular, or React) and have worked with database technologies (SQL / NoSQL / Graph / Time Series) such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4J, or InfluxDB.
- Cloud & Containerization: You have experience with cloud services like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and are familiar with containerization (e.g., Docker).
- AI Competence: You confidently use AI tools in your area of expertise, critically evaluate their results, and support customers and colleagues in leveraging AI potential.
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills.
