TASKS
From Developer to Co-Creator
While AI takes over repetitive coding tasks, your strategic influence in product development grows. You will learn to analyze business models and user needs, formulate hypotheses, and translate your findings into roadmaps and product-related backlogs.
Architecture & Responsibility in the AI Era
You will develop software that not only works but is structured and sustainable in the long term – based on proven architectural principles and modern patterns. You will identify risks in the use of AI, monitor its decisions, and keep an eye on costs, API limits, and system performance.
AI-Assisted Development & Deployment
You will use modern AI tools to develop stable prototypes or complete MVPs, test them automatically, and deploy them securely. You will keep an eye on AI decisions – from the quality and adherence to your requirements to observability in live operation.
Orchestrate AI as a Team Member
You will use AI specifically within the team, develop agents for various tasks, and orchestrate their collaboration. You will automate workflows and integrate company data using established frameworks like LangChain or MCP – for real AI features with added value.

- You are willing to delve into complex, rapidly growing topics such as AI development and agentic workflows.
- You don't stand still: changes in the tech stack and new tools motivate you rather than unsettle you.
- You enjoy thinking outside the box and taking on both technical and product strategy responsibility.
BENEFITS
- We will train you remotely/online as an AI Software Engineer within 3 months.
- We will support you in finding a company during the further education that offers you a job entry during or after the bootcamp.
- The training can be done part-time alongside work.
- You will receive a mentor who will guide you through the program, and you will simulate work in product teams.
- After three months, you can start in product teams as an AI Software Engineer with a certificate.
You will receive a certificate, all course materials, and a broad network. We recommend a language level of B2 in German for the course.
