Together with development teams, architects, and product areas, you will work on the further development of modern software engineering practices, from Java and cloud-native development to modern architectural approaches and AI-supported and agent-based software development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will deal with modern software engineering technologies, tools, and practices – especially in the areas of AI-supported development, automation, and developer productivity.
- You will support development teams with technical questions regarding Java, software architecture, APIs, quality, observability, and cloud-native development.
- You will participate in the further development of modern architectural approaches such as microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD, and API-first design.
- You will help to continuously improve the developer experience (DevEx) through optimized processes, modern tools, and efficient working methods.
- You will actively contribute to workshops, technical exchange forums, and developer communities, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
- Together with architects, product teams, and developers, you will develop reusable solutions and continuously drive technical advancement.
- You will participate in strategic technical initiatives and help shape the further development of AI-supported and agent-based software development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification.
- Initial professional experience in software development with Java and Spring
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, and modern software architectures such as microservices.
- Initial experience with Cloud, containers, CI/CD, or Kubernetes is an advantage. Interest in AI, LLMs, automation, and modern development methods.
- Enjoy shaping technical solutions, sharing knowledge, and continuously developing yourself. Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as good English skills.
