We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to support new client engagements, define the technical foundations of solutions, and oversee their implementation. This role requires an experienced professional capable of combining strategic vision, technical excellence, and leadership to ensure the success of transformation and delivery initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance architectural design with team execution support.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Scoping
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and develop target architectures.
- Define architectural frameworks, standards, and best practices aligned with client and organizational objectives.
- Produce architectural documentation and technical roadmaps for solution implementation.
Solution Architecture and Delivery
- Design end-to-end solutions integrating applications, infrastructure, and data platforms.
- Provide architectural oversight during implementation to ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and compliance.
- Support teams in adopting modern tools, delivery methodologies, and cloud-native practices.
- Offer technical expertise during critical decision-making and architectural trade-offs.
Leadership and Mentorship
- Mentor and guide architects, developers, and engineers in solution design and implementation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical skill development and the dissemination of architectural best practices.
Governance and Risk Management
- Define and implement architectural governance processes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Identify technical and organizational risks and recommend appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure the reliability, maintainability, and sustainability of deployed solutions.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical architecture.
- Significant experience in designing and implementing complex solutions in an enterprise environment: ERP, MES, Industrial Cloud Solutions, etc.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure) and enterprise integration solutions.
- Solid knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalents.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in technical leadership and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in the aerospace sector is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Google Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Architect, or TOGAF are a significant asset.
