You will be key in defining technical standards, as well as in supervising the correct execution of solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design backend architectures based on microservices and events.
- Define and standardize APIs (REST and messaging).
- Lead the integration between internal systems and third-party services.
- Ensure quality attributes: scalability, availability, security, and performance.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for backend development.
- Evaluate and propose technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Technically supervise development teams.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, as well as manage technical debt.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with business, product, and IT areas to ensure solutions are aligned with objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in backend development.
- At least 3 years in solution architecture design.
- Experience in high-complexity or large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Java 11 or higher.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA.
- Development of RESTful services.
- Experience with microservices and messaging (IBM MQ).
- Handling of relational databases and NoSQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and Clean Code.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, SonarQube).
- Knowledge of containers (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Handling of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

- Hybrid model
Location: CDMX / State of Mexico.
Schedule: 9:00 to 19:00 (with 1.5 hours for lunch).
- Occasional availability to work weekends or at night for releases.
