About the role
We are looking for a technically solid Sr. Fullstack with a strong vocation for teaching and internal consulting. In this role, you will not be building products or the business's operational code: you will be the mentor and technical facilitator for internal bootcamps, guiding and co-designing alongside multidisciplinary business teams so they can build, iterate, and launch productive MVPs themselves using vibecoding (AI-assisted development).
You provide the technical foundations, architecture patterns, and recommendations; the business does the building. Your success is measured by how many business solutions reach production autonomously thanks to your guidance.
Responsibilities
Facilitation and co-design
- Hold sessions with bootcamp teams to understand their needs and co-design the technical solution: architecture, data flows, and API contracts.
- Act as a technical sparring partner to help them get unstuck when they hit conceptual or logical roadblocks with AI.
Architecture and AI standards
- Design the base infrastructure and technical guardrails so business staff can experiment safely.
- Define standards and best practices so that the MVPs generated by the business are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
- Review and provide feedback on solutions before they go to production.
Mentorship and capability development
- Lead bootcamps and practical workshops on how to structure requirements, prompts, and AI-assisted development flows.
- Teach teams to think in terms of software logic and data modeling without needing to become traditional programmers.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Node.js: backend architectures, APIs, and asynchrony.
- Extensive experience in React: frontend patterns, state management, and components.
- Advanced level in Cloud Architecture: distributed systems, Serverless, databases.
- Application design: design patterns, software principles, and data modeling to anticipate what can (and cannot) be asked of AI.
- AI-assisted development: vibecoding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
Preferred (not required)
- GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
