- Consolidated experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps or areas related to Observability.
- Advanced knowledge in Dynatrace, including configuration, metrics analysis, and application monitoring.
- Certification in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring, covering APM, logs, metrics, tracing, and distributed observability.
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) and container technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible or similar.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines (CI/CD), preferably using Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, especially SQL Server and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with the ELK ecosystem (Elasticsearch and Kibana) and messaging with Kafka.
- Experience in incident management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in critical environments.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and networks, including HTTP, TCP/IP, and connectivity troubleshooting.
What you will do in your day-to-day
- Implement, administer, and evolve the Dynatrace platform for monitoring applications, services, and infrastructure, ensuring high observability of the environment.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and performance indicators, promoting rapid incident detection and response.
- Manage and optimize Elasticsearch environments, ensuring availability, scalability, and performance in data storage and querying.
- Create and improve dashboards and visualizations in Kibana for analysis of logs, metrics, and operational events.
- Automate monitoring, incident response, and failure mitigation processes, contributing to service reliability.
- Perform performance and capacity analyses, identifying bottlenecks and proposing continuous improvements in architecture and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Architecture teams to strengthen system resilience and stability.
- Define, track, and evolve reliability indicators, including SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, aligned with business objectives.
- Investigate critical incidents, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Support DevOps, SRE, and Observability initiatives, disseminating best practices in reliability, automation, and operational excellence.
