Your Daily Menu
- Influence the team's culture, promoting deep technical analyses to identify system optimization opportunities, applying best software engineering practices to ensure scalability, resilience, and performance.
- Foster innovation, proposing and experimenting with new technologies and methodologies that can elevate our delivery capacity and impact.
- Identify areas for improvement, dealing with conflicts healthily, and acting as a technical reference for the platform team.
Ingredients We Seek
- Proven experience in technical leadership and software development in high-complexity environments.
- Deep knowledge in distributed systems architecture, with the ability to design and implement scalable, high-availability solutions.
- Proven track record of innovation and complex problem-solving in distributed systems.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Skill in handling multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge in using queues and topics and asynchronous communication between services (SQS, SNS, Kafka, …);
- Knowledge in Cloud (mainly AWS) and scalability vision;
- Linux, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes and Docker.
- Solid knowledge in Java, Kotlin or Rust
