We are looking for a Tech Lead with solid technical experience and the ability to lead the design and evolution of modern, scalable, and secure software solutions.
This opportunity is part of a direct recruitment process, so the selected individual will be directly integrated into our client's team.
We are seeking a profile with experience in software architecture, Microsoft Azure, DevSecOps, and Serverless architectures, as well as solid knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js and .NET. You will be responsible for defining technical guidelines, participating in architectural decisions, and supporting the development team in implementing solutions following good engineering practices.
The position is primarily remote, but requires availability to come to the offices in Colima or Guadalajara when requested.
- Technically lead the design, development, and evolution of software solutions.
- Participate in the definition and design of scalable, maintainable, and secure technological architectures.
- Define standards, technical guidelines, and best practices for development teams.
- Design and oversee solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Participate in the design and implementation of Serverless architectures and solutions based on cloud services.
- Incorporate DevSecOps practices into the development and deployment cycle.
- Technically guide the development of backend solutions using Node.js and .NET.
- Participate in the integration and development of components or services related to Kotlin.
- Design, build, and oversee integrations using APIs.
- Apply and promote the proper use of design patterns and software architecture principles.
- Use Git as a version control tool and promote good practices for collaboration and code review.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical support to developers.
- Identify technical risks, technical debt, and improvement opportunities in solutions.
- Collaborate with development, product, and other stakeholders to transform business needs into technological solutions.
- Participate in resolving complex technical problems and support the team in architectural decision-making.
Desired Profile
- Previous experience as Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Software Architect, Senior Software Engineer, or in similar positions.
- Solid experience in software architecture design and definition.
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Serverless architectures and services.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and principles.
- Solid experience in backend development with Node.js and/or .NET.
- Knowledge of Kotlin.
- Experience in designing, building, consuming, and integrating APIs.
- Solid knowledge of design patterns, development best practices, and software engineering principles.
- Experience using Git and modern collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to evaluate technological alternatives and make decisions considering scalability, security, maintainability, and performance.
- Technical leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to mentor and provide technical support to other developers.
- Availability to work primarily remotely and come to the offices in Colima or Guadalajara when required.
- Residency in Colima, Guadalajara, or areas that allow for in-person visits to either of these locations when necessary.
- Intermediate English desirable.
