About the role and mission

You will be part of our Global Expansion team, translating business needs into robust solutions within the Salesforce Martech ecosystem.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Act in partnership with Growth Marketing, Data, and other IT areas to work on improving customer interactions.
- Be responsible for platform governance, ensuring the application of best practices.
- Understand the needs of the supported areas to design solutions that meet objectives, automate, and improve processes;
- Platform configuration, management, and administration, including data ingestion, transformation, and sending routines.
- Integrations via API REST and SOAP, connecting Marketing Cloud to external systems such as CRMs and web platforms.
- Data management and manipulation through advanced SQL, working with Data Extensions and complex datasets.
- Produce documentation for developed solutions;
What we are looking for
Must-haves
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Availability for in-person work model.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, acting as a consultant with knowledge in platform development, setup, subscriber maintenance, Installed Packages (API Event, Custom Activities, etc.), and connections with data lakes.
- Solid experience with SSJS, SQL, and integrations via API.
- Knowledge of Ampscript/SQL/HTML/CSS languages;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
Nice-to-haves
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Developer Certification
- Knowledge of MarketingCloud Next, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Marketing Cloud Personalization
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Intermediate or advanced English
- Knowledge in S3 AWS
