RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work alongside the development team to implement the proposed architecture with the best quality standards and ensure it meets technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner/Business Analyst and SCM to ensure technical requirements are aligned with business needs and product objectives.
- Communicate and implement development practices, coding standards, and design patterns to promote code consistency and quality throughout the team.
- Define the scope and complexity of technical tasks to achieve accurate planning.
- Ensure unit and integration tests are implemented, and conduct code reviews, to guarantee the development team produces quality code.
- Report risks and impediments promptly to avoid impacts on release plans.
- Assist the development team in making informed decisions about technologies, architecture, design patterns, and development approaches.
- Provide effective technical advice and guidance to the development team, identifying strengths and areas for improvement to help them overcome challenges.
- Facilitate code review sessions and technical discussions, leading the team in technical refinement to achieve and document solutions.
- Provide feedback on design modifications during the development phase to obtain architectural certification.
- Support the capture of Release Planning/Work Plan for estimating the necessary technical effort, considering relevant dependencies between features and stories, as well as with other areas, teams, and risks affecting commitment stability.
- Agree in PI Planning on the iterative and incremental delivery of epics, to commit the development team to complete them within a quarter.
- Conduct a demo to the organization to showcase product increments within the quarter.
- Identify and resolve complex problems that may arise during the development process.
- Generate vulnerability analyses to identify critical points in systems, ensuring information security and compliance with the organization's security regulations.
- Generate the Environment Matrix to ensure each environment is correctly configured and to avoid problems arising from differences between environments.
