RESPONSIBILITIES *
- You develop and maintain a clear roadmap for the GenAI products and align it with strategy, development, sales, and other stakeholders.
- You work closely with the Head of Development and the engineering teams to align technical feasibility, architectural decisions, and priorities.
- You translate business requirements into technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a well-structured, prioritized backlog.
- You plan sprints together with the development teams, accompany refinements and reviews, and ensure that releases are delivered on time and with high quality.
- You evaluate new GenAI features, frameworks, and integrations, deriving product and architectural decisions from them.
- You establish data-driven product decisions, define KPIs, and set up experiments (e.g., A/B tests) together with data and engineering teams.
- You ensure seamless integration of the solutions into the customer's system landscape (e.g., via APIs, Events) with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
QUALIFICATIONS *
- Completed degree in a technology field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, STEM) or comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a comparable role in a tech or startup environment.
- Practical experience with generative AI (e.g., working with LLMs, prompt design, integration of AI-APIs) and good knowledge in at least one programming language like Python or Java.
- Very good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of modern software architectures (Cloud, Microservices, APIs, Data Pipelines).
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
Advantageous: *
- Experience with SaaS products in a B2C or B2B2C context.
- Experience in building experimentation frameworks (A/B tests) together with data and engineering teams.
BENEFITS *
- 80.000 € – 90.000 € gross annual salary, 30 vacation days + public holidays.
- At least 2–3 days per week on-site at the employer in Frankfurt am Main; up to 3 days per week in home office/remote possible.
