We are Kangoolutions, an SAP consultancy for SAP for Utilities, and we come from a technical background. We design architectures, build integrations, and develop solutions for utility companies: on IS-U, S/4HANA Utilities, SAP BTP, and the Integration Suite.

How we work
We will discuss your professional development. Specialization is encouraged here, and it is allowed to change.
Remote work is the standard, not the exception. We travel to the client when it adds value—workshops, go-lives, or meetings that simply work better on-site. You should be comfortable with this, but it is not your daily routine.
We provide feedback regularly, not just once a year. You will discuss the frequency with your manager. What we are working on: ensuring that feedback is provided exactly when it is relevant.
Flat hierarchies mean short communication paths for us. If you need a decision, you get it directly. There is no one in between.
