About the opportunity

Titanom is an AI and software company focused on digital products in education, the public sector, and related areas. Our mission is to develop solutions that not only function technically but also hold up in everyday life – long-term, secure, and user-oriented. The part that sets us apart? We deliver on budget and on deadline. In an industry where "late and over budget" has become the norm, this is our business model and the reason our clients keep coming back.

Your Role as a Working Student in Software Engineering

As a Working Student in Software Engineering at Titanom Solutions, you'll be part of a team building products with real impact. You won't just be solving small tasks; you'll be fully integrated into the development process: giving ideas – developing – solving problems. You'll learn what most developers never learn: how to truly finish customer-relevant software, on budget and on deadline – a skill that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

Your Impact as a Working Student at Titanom

  1. Gain End-to-End Experience: You'll implement use cases with software – from the initial idea to a working prototype.
  1. AI Integration: You'll integrate Large Language Models and Vision Models into real software solutions, experiment with prototypes, and assist in their optimization.
  1. Hands-on Learning: You'll analyze complex technical challenges, systematically debug issues, and actively contribute solution proposals.
  1. Shaping, Not Just Following: You'll provide input on architectural and conceptual questions and actively participate in workshops on Software Engineering & Machine Learning.
  1. Practice-Relevant Projects: You'll develop your own features and tools, gain experience in the productive use of modern AI technologies, and contribute directly to the product.

Minimum requirements

You can show and explain a product you've built. This is the most important thing to us – we want to see proof that you are capable of building things.

High Technical Affinity: You must be able to quickly learn new things and, in particular, use AI meaningfully (neither "maybe we can use this AI as autocomplete" nor "I've outsourced all my thinking to the AI").

You have very good German language skills (min. C1) and good English language skills (min. B2).

And of course, an ongoing degree with a technical focus, such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Business Informatics.

Deep knowledge in a very specific tech stack is not a requirement, by the way – as long as you have good programming skills, it doesn't matter to us which "world" you come from.

Your Compensation

As a working student, we offer you €17.50 to €22 per hour. We'll clarify your starting level together during the process – fair and based on your experience.

  • Fair & Flexible Work Culture: We offer flexible working hours, vacation days, and transparent, fair compensation – because every minute of your work is valued here.
  • 10% Education Time: We support you in continuously learning and growing!
  • A flat hierarchy where it's okay to tell the CEO a few plain truths? Absolutely.
  • First-Class Equipment & Extras: Work with top equipment (e.g., MacBooks).
  • A phenomenal and easily accessible office with a gym, sauna, Nintendo, table tennis, foosball table, nap/rest room, and a rooftop terrace? See for yourself!
  • A fridge full of your favorite drinks? We offer an extensive beverage flat rate!
  • Legendary company parties and exciting events (city run, ski & wellness weekend,...) that you won't forget anytime soon? You can bet on it!
  • Motivated colleagues who are just as eager to develop themselves? Your drive is needed here!
  • Constantly new advancement opportunities in a company that doubles every year? We grow together.
