Katy: “Hey, I saw you're working on the comparison of cloud providers. How's it going?”

Berni: “Pretty well! There are so many aspects to consider – compliance, performance, and integration. I could definitely use some support with that.”

Katy: “Hmm. Everyone seems really busy right now. Do you think a working student could help your team?”

Berni: “Yes, good idea!”

Katy: “What specific tasks could you use help with?”

Katy: “Definitely! Do they need any specific skills for that? Language skills or prior knowledge in cloud technologies?”

Berni: “Fluent English is a must, as we work closely with our Croatian colleagues. At least B1 level in German would also be required, as they might need to understand (written) communication with German customers. Regarding specific knowledge, of course, computer science or similar fields are advantageous. If they have already worked with AWS, Azure, GCP, or Kubermatic, that's a plus, but what really counts is curiosity and a structured approach to problem-solving. If they are eager to learn, they will quickly get up to speed.”
