Job Description
Main activities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java/Spring Boot in the BACKEND, ensuring quality, performance, and good software engineering practices;
- Define and optimize relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Azure Cosmos DB) data models, ensuring integrity, consistency, and query performance in high-demand environments;
- Implement and manage asynchronous integrations using Azure Service Bus, ensuring reliable communication between microservices and resilience in distributed scenarios;
- Configure, deploy, and monitor applications and services on the Azure platform, applying security, scalability, and observability (logs, metrics, and alerts);
- Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor less experienced developers on the team.
Qualifications
Our requirements
- Completed higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.
- Java (version 11+) + Spring Boot
- Microservices architecture
- APIs REST - Relational database PostgreSQL / Non-relational Azure Cosmos DB
- Microsoft Azure Cloud (App Service, Functions, AKS, Storage, Key Vault, Azure Service Bus)
About you
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements between different teams;
- Analysis of complex scenarios and proposal of efficient solutions to anticipate problems;
- Ease in dealing with technological changes and business priority shifts;
- Ability to balance multiple demands and deadlines;
- Understanding the impact of technical solutions on the company's strategic objectives.
