About the Area
Simplify, modernize, accelerate, and reimagine business with application services that transform operations, drive business agility, and create meaningful experiences. DXC’s application services help clients meet business demands and establish evolutionary paths to strengthen agility and resilience, elevate customer and employee satisfaction, and overcome disruptions.
Essential Functions of the Job
- Develop, maintain, and evolve backend solutions for transactional platforms, portals, payments, and inventory management.
- Build services and microservices using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
- Implement asynchronous integrations and messaging flows with RabbitMQ.
- Utilize Redis for caching, performance, and distributed processing support.
- Develop or maintain components in AngularJS when required by the solution.
- Analyze requirements, implement functionalities, fix defects, and support testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the evolution of products and services.
Minimum requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of AngularJS.
- Experience with Redis and RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of service or microservices architecture.
- Ability to work autonomously on medium-complexity backend tasks.
- Clear communication and collaborative approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with transactional platforms, payments, or inventory management.
- Experience with high-volume and high-availability systems.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, automated testing, and observability.
