What you will need to do
- Support the area's activities through involvement in the Systems team, focusing on support activities for the company's systems.
- Involvement in resolving system incidents.
- Analysis of system improvements, verifying feasibility and communicating with system vendors.
- Support in the elaboration of technical documents.
- Shadow a sector professional to complement practical learning and develop IT-related skills.
- Interact with external vendors and propose solutions for system improvements.
- Act in attending the ticket queue with a focus on agility and efficiency.
Requirements and qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of English.
- Willingness to develop in a corporate environment and work in the Systems area.
- Availability to intern 30 hours per week in person.
