What you will do here
- Define the architecture of back-end systems, prioritizing scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Lead technical decisions, promoting best practices within the Java ecosystem.
- Act hands-on in development, code review, and implementation of critical solutions.
- Collaborate directly with Product and Business teams to align demands and deliver value to the client.
- Mentor and technically support the development team, raising the team's technical standard.
- Analyze architectural bottlenecks and propose continuous improvements, preventing technical risks in strategic projects.
What we expect you to know
- Advanced mastery in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Solid experience in architecture with microservices and messaging.
- Deep knowledge of code review practices, conflict resolution, and versioning with Git.
- Ability to design robust and secure APIs, following organizational standards.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for complex and distributed environments.
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to design solutions aligned with best security practices.
What would be great if you knew
- Experience in front-end with React or Angular for fullstack roles.
- Experience in designing and implementing advanced strategies for monitoring APIs.
- Knowledge of advanced automated testing strategies (integration, contract, performance).
- Ability to propose innovative solutions for high scalability challenges in cloud environments.
