What we're looking for you to do
As a member of our 5-person team, you will be responsible for individual Enterprise Service Management solutions for our clients. You will successfully complete your projects through workflow optimization, customization, and user experience improvements!
What you'll achieve with us
- You will be responsible for supporting our clients in designing their individual ESM solutions.
- In doing so, you will actively participate in requirements analysis/engineering, as well as in the development, configuration, and customization of ESM modules, e.g., ITSM, CSM, HR, ITAM.
- You will support projects end-to-end and assist with implementations, upgrades, and integrations into system landscapes.
- Workflow optimization, process automation, and user experience improvements are part of your daily work with us.
- In this role, you will be the technical point of contact for our clients, advise them during projects, and conduct training and workshops with them.
- Mentoring our Young Talents is also part of your responsibilities, to best support our junior colleagues in building their expertise.
What you bring to the table
- You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics or have a comparable qualification.
- You already have several years of relevant professional experience with Enterprise Service Management solutions, especially with core functions (Incident, Change, Catalog Items, etc.).
- You possess relevant certifications for this.
- You have basic programming skills, for example with JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS.
- You impress with your professional demeanor and solution-oriented thinking.
- Your communication skills are convincing in consulting sessions, both in German and English.
