Marketing Cloud Technical Specialist / Mobile & Analytics
Role Objective
To be responsible for designing, implementing, and validating end-to-end technical integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, mobile applications (iOS/Android), and measurement platforms, ensuring that SDKs, events, identifiers, and data flows function correctly in production.

Main Responsibilities
- Configure and integrate the Marketing Cloud MobilePush SDK into iOS and Android mobile applications, ensuring correct user/device association via Contact Key and Subscriber Key.
- Manage push notifications: token configuration, device registration, and validation of sends from Marketing Cloud to the app.
- Implement and validate AppsFlyer, ensuring correct functioning of in-app events, deep links, and attribution processes. Troubleshoot payloads and parameters sent from the app.
- Configure and debug events in Google Analytics 4 / Firebase, validating parameters and user properties, using DebugView and diagnostic tools to ensure measurement quality.
- Perform complete end-to-end testing, verifying the data flow from the application → SDK → AppsFlyer/GA4 → Marketing Cloud → Journey/MobilePush.
- Review and provide technical support for mobile implementations with SDKs, including initialization, update, and configuration in Swift/Kotlin, permission handling, push tokens, and application lifecycle.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to connections, authentication, and information exchange between systems.
- Design and document integration architectures that support efficient communication between microservices and marketing/analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with mobile development, marketing, and analytics teams, ensuring integrations meet business objectives and technical standards.
Minimum requirements
Essential Knowledge
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MobilePush, Journey Builder, APIs REST).
- Configuration and integration of the Marketing Cloud MobilePush SDK in mobile apps.
- AppsFlyer: implementation, SDK validation, in-app events, attribution, and deep links.
- Google Analytics 4 / Firebase: implementation, event debugging, parameter validation, and measurement taxonomies.
- Mobile development with SDKs (Swift/Kotlin): configuration, initialization, and update.
- Experience in end-to-end testing of mobile integrations and marketing/analytics platforms.
