A task that challenges
- Release Coordination: Release coordination in agile methodologies for one of our digital solutions.
- Test Management: You will take on the functional and technical leadership of the entire release test cycle for a solution.
- Process Optimization: You will optimize build, test, and deployment processes and drive their continuous modernization.
- Collaboration & Coordination: You will work closely with employees within the program or solution, as well as with relevant stakeholders from different areas.
- Coaching & Enablement: You will actively participate in the Release Management Guild and empower agile teams in using release management tools, methods, and processes.
Minimum requirements
A background that convinces
- Completed degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related field, but a completed vocational training with practical experience is also welcome.
- Ideally, three years of experience as a Release Manager or Project Manager, preferably with experience in agile development.
- Good knowledge in IT and deployment, a fundamental understanding of digital products, and good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- You stay up-to-date professionally and monitor the market regarding the meaningful further development of testing topics (methods, tools, trends).
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, as well as critical thinking. Ability to adapt to change, be proactive, and take initiative.
- Reliability, independence, integrity, cooperativeness.
- You have fluent German and very good English skills (minimum B2 level) and enjoy working with international teams.
