Job Responsibilities
- Support and evolve Digital CRM solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Develop, configure, and optimize relationship journeys using Journey Builder.
- Create and manage audience segmentation for targeted campaigns and communications.
- Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, and other digital channels).
- Work with data modeling, ingestion, unification, and activation through Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Perform campaign performance analysis, proposing continuous improvements based on data.
- Ensure the quality, governance, and consistency of information used in CRM actions.
- Support integrations between Salesforce and corporate systems, digital platforms, and external data sources.
- Work together with business, marketing, technology, and data areas to gather requirements and define solutions.
- Produce functional and technical documentation related to implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Journeys, automations, and segmentations.
- Knowledge of CRM, relationship, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with data modeling and analysis for campaigns and personalization.
- Knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce platforms and corporate systems.
- Analytical ability to transform data into business insights.
