Job Description
- You lead and motivate a diverse team consisting of juniors and experienced professionals.

- The planning and management of our S/4HANA Cloud and on-premise client projects are your responsibility.
- You ensure that services are delivered at the agreed quality and within the time and budget framework.
- You accompany and support our colleagues in all project phases, from presales to service.
- Initially, you advise our clients on requirements and innovations and proactively address these topics.
- You develop AI-supported solution approaches and automations, critically evaluate their added value and limitations, and derive concrete impulses from them to further develop existing processes and establish new ones.
- Your project assignment depends on our clients and your project situation and includes both hybrid work and on-site deployment – across industries in versatile projects.
Qualifications
- You have a completed degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, business administration, or a comparable education and bring several years of practical experience as an SAP IT (sub-)project manager.
- Your confidence in handling project planning activities, such as resource and time scheduling, distinguishes you.
- You are well-versed in change, release, and stakeholder management and can also demonstrate a systematic, structured, and timely way of working at a high quality level.
- You are open to improvements, new topics, and technologies and bring an innovative mindset to the team.
- You know how to use AI tools in a targeted and reflective manner, evaluate results critically, and effectively incorporate current technological developments and innovative impulses into your work, projects, and client solutions.
- Very good German language skills (from C1 level) as well as good English language skills round off your profile.
- Ideally, you have in-depth experience in one of the common SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, HR, etc.); additionally, knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology is an advantage.
