What you will do here
- Lead discovery activities to define user needs and business opportunities.
- Manage product delivery, ensuring deliverables are aligned with the strategic roadmap.
- Structure and maintain the product vision and its roadmap, aligning with defined OKRs and KPIs.
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value and stakeholder expectations.
- Guide and align the development and design team toward the company's strategic goals.
- Communicate product decisions and status clearly and professionally to different audiences.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPI/OKR) to support decision-making and prioritization adjustments.
What we expect you to know
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for agile project management.
- Experience with Miro and Figma in discovery and prototyping activities.
- Familiarity with Power BI or equivalent tools for data analysis and product indicators.
- Practical knowledge of Amplitude and Google Analytics for tracking digital metrics.
- Skill in using Postman to explore APIs REST and validate integrations.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for simple queries in relational databases.
- Proven experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Experience in backlog prioritization based on value, data, and continuous feedback.
What would be great if you knew
- Previous experience with B2B products and/or SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of quantitative ideation processes (design sprint, Lean Inception).
- Ability to structure A/B experiments via digital tools.
- Direct communication with technical areas for specifying non-functional requirements (security, scalability).
- Experience in product management in regulated or high operational complexity environments.
