What awaits you
- As a Senior Salesforce Developer / Advanced, you are responsible for the operational business of Salesforce and support the IT design for complex business requirements in an agile team with experts from Business, IT, and VOIS.
- You independently conduct operational system analysis to analyze errors and performance problems, create the root cause analysis, and initiate measures for error correction.
- You develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows, and integrate third-party tools and APIs.
- You administer and configure by maintaining and adapting Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
- You manage user roles, profiles, and security policies in close cooperation with our VOIS colleagues.
- As part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, you continuously develop technical, commercial, and methodological improvements based on agile working methods and implement the associated monitoring.
- You act as a point of contact and coordinate the collaboration between business units, IT partners, and VOIS.
- You coordinate closely with the management team and act as an IT consultant for the sales areas.
What distinguishes you
- A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, (IT) solution design, software development with Salesforce, or operational experience.
- Salesforce.com Sales Cloud application certifications distinguish you.
- Willingness to provide support and perform tasks such as deployments outside of business hours.
- Above-average skills in methodological, social, and leadership competencies, especially in virtual teams with offshore developments in India & Hungary.
- Independent and responsible way of working, as well as teamwork, reliability, flexibility, and resilience, and the willingness to learn.
- Fluent German and business-fluent English skills, both written and spoken (C1 according to GER).
- Knowledge of tools (TTWOS, ITSM, JIRA, Github...) is advantageous.
- Professional experience in managing and collaborating within an international delivery pipeline according to agile methods (e.g., SAFe®) is desirable.
